Great unit for dairy analysis
There is a great unit from Hanna Instruments (www.hannainst.com) called the HI84429 mini dairy titration unit. This meter is a built in pH meter and a titration unit designed to measure % lactic acid. The price point is below $900 and comes with all electrodes and chemicals needed to perform your testing.
